Flu vaccine?

My friend Damu warned me that last year October-November was flu season for me… And yes, days are colder, I need to find my warmer coats. I heard in the news that there will be a flu epidemic this year too, and they want new vaccines because it’s a new virus. Do you think it’s worth getting a vaccine like this? Or I should simply get some vitamins during the winter time and I would avoid flu?

Hi Sophie, I had the Flu jab a few years ago, it gave me very mild symptoms of flu at the time then went away. I personally wouldn’t have it again, even though for the first time in my life I had flu last Christmas and it was awful :(

    Greetings Princess Sophie,

Every year the hysteria of flu epidemic arise in the media, if your not 50+ years old, I wouldn’t worry to much. Stay rugged up nice and warm and eat the right foods should keep you safe from any harm.

Here are 2 of my tips to help reduce potential flu during winter.
    1. Eat lots of home made vegetable dishes with plenty of garlic included (this also keeps the vampires away.. hehe) as part of your diet with an occasional glass of red wine.
    2. burning natural aroma oils such as lavender and bergamot together will reduce flu toxins in your home and body, which will also help

Anyways hope your well and can avoid the flu during the winter.

    Best Regards
    NT

Hi :) I think paracetamol (coldrex) will help – and of course you need to rest. Tea with lemon will help too. Vaccine will help but not always :) and not for every variaton of flu virus.

    Sophie.

What do I think about flu vaccine?
The vaccine is made for variation of the virus of last year and it is just for a virus type. I know people that get the vaccine but they get the flu. The vaccine is recommended for older people or weakened.

So, I recommended to eat very well, very vitamine C (Orange and “Acerola”) and don’t forget to put coat when need.

Acerola is a fruit. I don´t know the name this fruit in English (Acerola is in portuguese)
